Chester A. Arthur Framed Cut Signature Display

This museum-like 18″ x 21.5″ frame features a display with an 8″ x 10″ black and white photo and cut signature of American attorney and politician who served as the 21st President of the United States, Chester A. Arthur. Previously the 20th Vice President, he succeeded to the presidency upon the death of President James A. Garfield in September 1881.

Included is a Letter of Authenticity from Joe DiMaggio Estate.
